The lawyer must also have demonstrated substantial involvement and negotiation of settlement agreements. The attorney must have passed a comprehensive written examination and peer review and have 50 hours of continuing legal education specific to marital and family law. Mr. McCauley has done all of this and more, as he practices exclusively in matrimonial and related family law litigation. In addition to being Board Certified in Marital and Family Law, Mr. McCauley is also a member of the Florida Supreme Court Family Court Steering Committee, the Bay County Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.
